Shipping

Our products ship from North America. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, plus shipping time (usually an additional 2-3 weeks depending on your location).

Your new clothes are made to order, which is why our shipping times are slightly longer than average. This helps us to make only what we need, which allows us to be more environmentally-friendly. Thanks very much for your patience!

Return Policy

If there's a problem with your order, we'd like to make things right! Please refer to the sections below so we can sort out the next steps.

Cancellations

If you ordered the wrong item or completed your purchase accidentally, we can process cancellations within 24 hours of the order placement Please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can process your refund. Unfortunately, after 24 hours has passed, we can not cancel an order, as our products are made-to-order and your item will be in production.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we would be happy to refund or replace it. Please get in touch with us to arrange your refund or replacement.

Size Exchanges and Returns

Unfortunately, unless your order is damaged or misprinted, we are not able to issue refunds and exchanges. We are a very small shop and do not keep inventory, so each clothing item is made just for you. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions before selecting your size. That being said, please do contact us if you are unhappy with your order. Thanks very much for your understanding.
